The GreenAdsBlue Foundation is managed by Jim Bowes, Joost Niepoth and Emma van den Berg of GreenGraffiti® , Peter van der Linde of Akvo and Dieuwertje Damen of The Value Agency.
Jim Bowes and Joost Niepoth are advertising and marketing professionals with over 25 years of experience in the industry. They have left the traditional agency world to build a sustainable communications company. A company they are using as a tool for environmental and social improvement. They will use their connections to mobilize the network.
Emma van den Berg is an employee at GreenGraffiti® and focuses on the marketing and communications of the company. Emma has a bachelor degree in communication science and a minor degree in International Development Studies. She will use her connections within the student community to make them aware of the water problem, and the importance of sharing their communication knowledge, as they will become the future communication industry
Peter van der Linde is co-founder and partnership director of Akvo, water and sanitation projects. Peter has field experience with a large contact network; he is a 'connector' between governmental organizations, corporation, NGOs and knowledge institutes. He combines technical knowledge of water management with the ability to mobilize an extensive, high-level network of water and sanitation change makers around the world. He has an MSc in integrated water management and disaster studies from Wageningen University.
Dieuwertje Damen is co-founder and director of the value agency - a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept agency. The value agency designs CSR identities & programs for businesses and supports organizations to successfully implement these within their strategy and operations. Combining practical idealism with a business mentality is what drives me most. I believe that when we do this, we can truly make this world a sustainable one together. To me, this is exactly what Green Ads Blue is about: it shows how companies can add value to society & environment from its core business.
